You fill out our questionnaire we learn about your goals, product, service, company and we learn enough to give you a quote and a proposal.

Should we work together? If the match seems right, we will confirm the price and a timeframe and ask you for a 25% deposit. Then work begins...

Often the hardest part, but at the core of any website is the content. Getting it right is the key. What do you want to say? What response do you want to encourage? What message do you want to shout about?

Once we’ve received your vital statistics, we can begin to build the site.

Not sure how to get your message across? Not enough time to really get it right? Need some help smoothing out the wrinkles in your copy? Then we can take all the stress out and refer you to a talented colleague who writes great copy and will help you sail through the process.

For bigger, more complex projects we’ll also ask for wireframes that show what you want on each page of your site. These details help lead us through the design and also help fine-tune the cost.

Our job is to bring your product, your service, your message to life. To relay the personality of your company and attract your customers. Your visitors will feel like they know you, even though you’ve never met.

We’ll work hard, using the content, to transform the sketches of your ideas into a visual landscape of your product that communicates powerfully and creatively the message you want to portray.

We take what we’ve learned about you, the services you need, your content (your wireframe) and our design expertise and we create a mockup site for you to view.

We talk to you about the mock up site and then work in any changes in response to your comments, refining the design to get it just the way you want. We then send you the reworked design for approval, before we do all the back-end programming stuff. Everything we do supports industry web standards, accessibility guidelines and mobile needs. Our use of CSS, XHTML and JS takes most sites where they need to go.
